General settings that apply to any subscriber.

Fields

environment_variable: &'static str

The environment variable used to set the [LevelFilter].

When the environment variable is set, it will override what is set by Self::default_level.

default_level: LevelFilter

The [LevelFilter] to fallback to if Self::environment_variable has not been set.
